Xiyu Lin is a costume designer and a multidisciplinary artist working in film, mixed media, and performance. She dedicates her design practice to experimental and innovative projects and processes. 

Xiyu worked as the stylist for experimental film and 3D motion digital art Simulacra which claimed multiple international recognitions including the 2020 Student Academy Award Gold Winner. 

She also worked as the costume designer and the character stylist for experimental film Mukabang Roller, which is shown on Nowness Asia. Her installation performance work Nemesis (aka Oedipus) was included in the group show “Dissolving Sights II” at Automata Theater in Chinatown, Los Angeles.
